The Arkansas County Sheriff's Office reported that the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory teams have identified a 19-year-old named Johnny Howard from Stuttgart.
According to KARK-TV, on May 4th, law enforcement officers found his remains in the charred car near Stuttgart.
